Being straight with you: the only thing that can cost extra is your domain name (about £10–15 a year, paid to the registrar, and it stays in your name), and an upgraded enquiry system if you ever want automatic texts, call tracking or a CRM feed. I'll tell you the price before you spend anything.

Will I really rank on Google?
Nobody honest can promise you the top spot — Google decides that, not me. What I can promise is that your page will be built the way Google wants: fast, clearly about one business in one area, and properly linked to your Google Business Profile. For most local trades in a specific town, that's the bulk of the work. Competitive cities and crowded trades take longer.
Why only one page?
Because that's usually all a local business needs. Someone searching for an emergency electrician isn't reading your five-page site — they want to know you cover their area, that you're not dodgy, and how to reach you. One page loads faster, ranks more cleanly and gets more calls than five pages of filler.
What happens if I stop paying?
The site comes down and the monthly charge stops. No exit fee, no clawback. Your domain name is registered to you, so it's yours to take elsewhere whenever you want.
Do I need to give you anything?
Your business name, the areas you cover, your phone number and a few photos if you have them. If you don't have photos, we'll manage without. That's it.
How quickly can it be live?
Normally about a week from our first chat, sometimes faster. The slow bit is usually waiting on your photos.
